This folding lid for a tilting waste bin is designed for maximum safety, ease of use, and durability. Its design allows the lid to be opened from both sides, ensuring optimal access for the user while filling or emptying the tipping bin.

When closed, the lid can be securely locked with a spring hook, preventing accidental opening during transport or handling. Safety is guaranteed during tipping: the front flap section can be opened and secured with spring hooks, preventing it from closing unexpectedly during the tilting motion. The rear section of the lid also locks securely in the open position.

For added convenience, the lid features a convenient grip profile on both the front and back, making it easy to open, close, and position.

The construction consists of 1.5 mm steel plate, reinforced internally with 15 x 3 mm flat steel profiles for rigidity and long-term reliability. No exposed profiles have been used on the exterior to completely eliminate the risk of pinching.

The lid is finished in a stylish and durable RAL 5007 blue powder coating, making it highly resistant to weather, dirt, and corrosion. A professional and safe addition to any tilting waste bin.
