Upon delivery, it turned out (after I had time to assemble it) that there was damage during transport. A part was bent with scratches and dents. Chose to fix this myself and continue assembling.
When assembling, we missed the drawings for the wheels. Especially when it turned out that the methods of bolt, ring, hole, serrated ring, and nut didn't fit properly. The ring goes between the wheel and the leg, causing it to stand crooked. Without a ring, the bolt goes just past the leg and can be secured.
When securing the top, it turned out that there were not enough M8 screws supplied to fill all the holes with screws. While there is an abundance of M8 bolts.
The intermediate panels still need to be assembled, although we are a bit afraid that they will easily bend over time due to the lack of support in the middle. Especially with the long length of 2.5 meters, I expected some support.
Bij de levering bleek (nadat ik tijd had om het in elkaar te zetten) dat er een beschadiging tijdens transport was ontstaan. Hierdoor was een deel verbogen met krassen en deuken. Gekozen is om dit zelf goed te zetten en verder in elkaar te zetten.
Bij het in elkaar zetten mistte wij de tekeningen van de wielen. Vooral wanneer het bleek dat de methoden van bout, ring, gat, kartelring en moer niet goed bleek te passen. De ring gaat tussen het wiel en de poot zitten, waardoor het scheef gaat staan. Zonder ring gaat de bout net voorbij de poot en kan het wel vast.
Bij het vastmaken van het blad bleek dat er te weinig M8 schroeven waren geleverd om alle gaten te voorzien van schroeven. Dit terwijl er wel een overvloed is van M8 bouten.
De tussenbladen moeten op dit moment nog gemonteerd worden, al zijn wel wat bang dat deze op den duur wel makkelijk door gaan buigen doordat er geen ondersteuning zit in het midden. Vooral door de lange lengte van 2,5 meter had ik wel ondersteuning verwacht.
